知立祭り間祭り五町公演。This is where all five floats of Chiryu City are on the same street and for two minutes we lift the float, called 山車(dashi) in Japanese, and spin it around. Here is the video of this years 五町公演 I am in 中新町 梶棒 I am the third from the front on the right rod (further rod from the screen). 知立祭り（間い祭り）Chiryu Festival (Aimatsuri)
I will be at the Chiryu Festival this year on 2 and 3 May.
I will be a 梶棒one of the guys lifting up the float while moving around the city.
If you are near or in Chiryu Japan then please come and visit it will be a fun time.

New Family Member
AS of 2 October 2010 a new member of the family was born. His name is Kenneth Kazuki Hunt
He is now one month old and is doing well having loads of fun being a baby.
The oldest daughter is really loving the chance to take care of him while my second born
is sticking to his father but is curious about is baby brother. They are all doing well.

A Perfect Day
Today is a day that everything fell into place and worked out perfectly for work and for my friends. I hope you all had a great day too. Now if yours wasn't a perfect day ask yourself why and answer it with the blatant truth you had a axe to grind with someone or something and that just made things worse(right?). Having a grudge or getting yourself worked up about something will only lead you to make more mistakes during the day and make you feel like everything is going bad. Take a good look at what made you down and then throw it out. Then your day will certainly brighten up. But you have got to be willing to throw grudges out.とてもいい日だった。仕事も友達も上手くいった。皆さんもいい日を過ごしましたか？もし悪い日だったら、自分に聞きなさい「なぜそんなに悪いの？」で正直に答えなさい。私が誰に嫌われたか？誰か私に何を言われたか？そうですよね。
だからもし原因が分かったらそのことを掃き捨ててでいい日になるはず。怒ってる状態とか緊張しすぎると何も上手く行けない、間違えやすいことが多いになっちゃう。

Life going wrong
When you feel life slipping into bad luck territory just take a step back and try to look at where it first went wrong then take steps to right that wrong or at the least minimize it's effects. That how you stay positive rather than blaming others for what is going wrong.
